Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at Hotel Abest Hakuba was quite a mixed experience. While the staff were wonderful and helped resolve several issues, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired in terms of comfort and amenities. The location is decent for skiing, but it's not exactly ski in/ski out as I had expected. Overall, I would not say the quality of the accommodation justifies the £250 per night price tag.
My stay at Hotel Abest Hakuba was a mix of highs and lows. The staff was genuinely fantastic and went out of their way to help us, but the overall hotel experience was quite disappointing. While the location is decent for skiing, the rooms and dining facilities left a lot to be desired, especially for the price.
I had a mixed experience at Hotel Abest Hakuba. The staff were truly outstanding, always cheerful and willing to help, which made a real difference. However, the accommodations left much to be desired, from cramped rooms to a lack of housekeeping, making the overall value questionable given the per-night cost of £250.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were truly outstanding, always helpful and accommodating. However, the hotel itself felt a bit disappointing, with misleading claims about ski access and inconsistent housekeeping. The food was decent but often served cold, which was a letdown.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel; while the staff provided excellent service and were truly accommodating, the overall quality of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The location was convenient for skiing, but the lack of key amenities made it frustrating at times. The food was hit or miss, but there were definitely some standout moments. Given the premium price, I expected more comfort and cleanliness.
